Q: Why is there no 4-8 week maintenance package?
To properly maintain a daily driven vehicle within the shorter time frame, we would need to see a car at least every month. Typically beyond 4 weeks the level of soiling on the exterior and interior blurs the line between maintenance and an actual detail for the interior and exterior.
Q: What is spot stain/shampoo treatment?
Accidents are bound to happen. Fresh spills and stains are significantly easier to remove than longer set in stains. For a seamless experience and to not over communicate, the removal of stains, scuffs on the interior and removal of soil that does not come off with the wipe down is included in the maintenance wash. Reapplication of conditioner is also included as needed to maintain the freshly fully detailed look and feel.
Q: I received a paint scuff in a parking lot since the last detail, do I have to pay for a full polish or scratch removal?
Minor scratch repair and removal of scuffs is included at no extra charge with continued maintenance washes. The main goal is to maintain the vehicle in the best condition possible at all times.
Q: Do I still have to get the car waxed on top of getting maintenance washes?
The maintenance wash package will keep a fresh layer of wax/sealant so there is no need for a separate waxing service for the duration of regularly scheduled maintenance washes.Â
