Q: Why is there only 1 detail package listed? Why not use gold, platinum, diamond, premium, executive etc details?

• There is no industry standard on what a gold, vs a complete, vs a full detail consist of. 

• Offering the single detail package offers the best value with a shorter down time. 

• Often customers would get the most expensive package and end up getting 1% or negligible results over what a middle tier package would have delivered.

• Customers would be unsatisfied or surprised at extra costs when they would book the starting package but really needed the top tier package for the condition of their vehicle.

• Our single package starts at the level of a mid to mid-high package of our competitors and will achieve the results 90% of our customers want. With our years of experience we are able to communicate any areas that the standard detail will not fully address and leave it up to the customer to decide if they want to add on items that will achieve the extra 5-10% improved results.

Q: What is express wax/paint sealant? Why don't you offer paste wax applied by hand?

• We do offer traditional paste wax, takes between 1-2 hours to apply for a cost of $100. Its not a popular option due to its high cost to low benefit ratio.

• In the detail world, wax has been phased out by faster to apply and longer lasting products. Carnauba wax should be expected to last 2-4 weeks if not exposed to harsh weather or direct sun in the summer. Spray on protection can range from a low end of 4 weeks if its wax and polymer based to 12 weeks if its synthetic sealant based.

• So whats the difference between express wax and paint sealant? The names are interchangeable, spray wax technology has surpassed paste wax technology. Paint sealant is one step further above an express wax but is not common terminology to the mass audience so we use the word wax to keep the service simple to understand. 

• All of our "wax" packages are based around paint sealants. The standard exterior detail uses spray sealant that offers 1-2 months of protection and hydrophobic properties. The premium "wax"/sealant option features a highly concentrated liquid paste sealant that must be applied by a high speed random orbital polisher, this option offers closer to the 3 month life cycle of protection. An added benefit of its application is enhanced more deep gloss.

Q: Will stain extraction remove every stain in my vehicle?

• The reality is not all stains are created equal. Rust, epoxy, dry oil based paint, mystery stains that have been with the family longer than the car has are more difficult to remove and may not ever vanish. Juice, mud, coffee, milk, soda, melted candy, chocolate, pet stains, etc have a high likelihood to be completely removed with 1-2 stain extraction treatments.
